Separate observations from your interpretation. Include evidence you have permission to share.

Which assumptions were challenged? What remains uncertain?

## What can someone else take from this?
Describe a specific lesson, the circumstances where it may apply, and what you would try next.

## For research
Include the question, protocol, methods, sample size, estimates, uncertainty, deviations, and limitations. Distinguish a null or inconclusive finding from an experimental error. Link data or materials only where you have permission. This template is not peer review.

## Before sharing
Remove identifying details about others unless they have agreed. Be candid about your own decisions, fair to collaborators, and clear about what you cannot conclude. A comeback is optional. Accountability matters.
